We are good friends who have been doing a lot of interesting things together for a very long time. Especially cooking great food together, traveling to exotic lands, and studying culinary arts and herbal and holistic medicine as a pastime. Along the way, we have created some combinations that we have found to be not only delicious, but helpful for some of our "conditions" or for keeping us healthy for our futures. We love to share these discoveries and recipes among each other and started to mix up rubs and send them to each other. It seems like a natural progression to share them with you. Chef Deb, BS, MBA
After working at The OHM in Texas, Chef Deb attended 'The Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago' (CHIC) and then worked as a Sous Chef for The SPA in Indiana. Following a move to Michigan, she is working as a Personal Chef and is developing new tastes and recipes for her clientele.
Each of her blends focus on one main category of benefit which is listed on the package but they have many additional healthy benefits. Member of National Restaurant Association
